Delivery destinations and charges
Available destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges depend on your address and the contents of your order. Review the delivery options and total at checkout before paying. Free-shipping offers apply only when the qualifying conditions displayed for your order are met. We do not promise worldwide delivery for every item.
Processing and dispatch
Orders require payment confirmation and stock checks before dispatch. Any processing or dispatch estimate shown for your order should be read separately from the carrier's transit estimate. Please check the product and checkout information for the estimate applicable to your purchase. If no useful estimate is shown and timing matters to you, contact us before ordering.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated. Weekends, public holidays, carrier disruption, weather and customs checks can affect timing. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will provide an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected items for a refund, as required by applicable law. This policy does not permit indefinite delays.
Tracking and separate parcels
Where tracking is available, use the tracking information supplied for your shipment. A carrier may need time to register its first scan. Items may travel in separate parcels; check the contents and shipment information before reporting an item as missing. Additional delivery charges will not be imposed without your agreement.
Addresses and delivery problems
Check your delivery address, postcode and contact details carefully. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, email jie730264@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant delivery provider. A tracking scan alone does not remove rights you may have for non-delivery.
Customs and import charges
For cross-border orders, destination-country duties or taxes may apply if they have not been included in the checkout total. Review any relevant information shown before purchase and contact us if unclear. Charges and responsibility depend on the destination and terms offered for the order.
